JPW Real Estate is continuing to operate during normal office hours and our 24/7 Helpdesk (0333 234 7000) will continue to provide an emergency out of hours service. JPW Real Estate staff and our suppliers will continue to work within the constraints and restrictions set by the Government and the provision of our services is subject to the availability of suppliers, materials and transport.
We will continue to attend inspections at our management properties, although we are avoiding face to face meetings where possible. Where meetings are necessary, we are equipped with Microsoft Teams for Video and Telephone Conferencing. Our cleaning contractors have been asked to pay particular attention to surfaces with which people come into contact, such as door handles and lift buttons. As a precautionary measure we have closed gyms.
