Negotiations to renew their existing lease broke down in the October 2013 and with a lease expiry in December 2013 it was imperative to find a new office as soon as possible. JPW Real Estate entered into negotiations on behalf of Thurlestone Shipping and had agreed Heads of Terms for a new lease of the 1st floor at 1 Bartholomew Lane comprising 5,896 sq ft within 2 weeks of being instructed. 1 Bartholomew Lane is a new office building in a cornerstone location facing the Bank of England and provides open and flexible Grade A space to a mix of occupiers. Through effective management of the legal and fitting out process JPW Real Estate ensured Thurlestone were operational from their new offices in advance of their lease expiry.
